Authors are required to disclose any possible conflict of interest when submitting a paper. These can include financial conflicts of interest e.g. patent ownership, stock ownership, consultancies, speaker’s fee.

All potential conflicts of interest (or information specifying the absence of conflict of interest) should be included at the end of the article under ‘Conflicts of Interest’. This information will be included in the published article.

BSP journals will send the corresponding author after acceptance of the manuscript by email the Author Disclosure Form (ADF).

The corresponding author will have to disclose any own conflicts of interest and/or of co-authors and return the ADF to the journal’s editorial office.

Without ADF, the production of the manuscript’s galley proof by the production team is not possible. No exemptions on this editorial requirement are acceptable.
